Black Diamond Electrical completed the electrical fitout for Nightingale Cardiology Clinic in Adelaide CBD, delivered in collaboration with Chappell Builders. The project involved installation of lighting, power, communications and security systems throughout the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare requirements while creating a welcoming and professional environment. Feature lighting elements were incorporated within the reception area to enhance the client experience. Working within a tight construction programme, our team maintained clear communication and identified a cost-saving measure within the lighting package, delivering added value to the client without compromising performance or design intent.
New submain cabling to the distribution board, new lighting throughout, power installation compliant with AS/NZS 3003 for medical and consulting environments, new communications cabling infrastructure, new communications and security system, with all works completed after hours and on weekends to minimise disruption and ensure project deadlines were met.
