Black Diamond Electrical delivered the electrical services installation for LCA Mount Barker redevelopment, supporting upgraded community facilities and enhanced site infrastructure. Our scope included new underground electrical and communications infrastructure, installation of distribution boards and sub-mains, external pole lighting connections and complete general power throughout the facility. We also provided power to key plant and equipment, including pool systems and kitchen services.
Internally, lighting was installed in accordance with the project design, complemented by a C-Bus / DALI lighting control system to provide flexible, user-friendly operation across the venue’s function and shared spaces. All works were completed in coordination with the builder and associated trades, with full testing and commissioning undertaken to ensure a safe, compliant and reliable outcome.
New underground pit and pipe installation including trenching works, new sub mains cabling and distribution boards throughout, lighting and lighting control system, power and communications systems, external lighting works including lighting for walkways, bocce court and pickleball court.
