Black Diamond Electrical Services entered into a contract to undertake the Base Building works in collaboration with GC&J Constructions. Subsequently, we extended our services by securing a contract to carry out the fit-out portion in partnership with MediFit. This dual-phase engagement allowed us to seamlessly contribute to both the foundational electrical work and specialized interior fit-out aspects of the project. Completed the installation of internal lighting, including exit and emergency lighting. Supplied and installed power outlets and light fixtures, alongside the installation of a new data outlets and communications cabinet. Accomplished all installations in medical rooms ensuring strict compliance with AS3003 guidelines for body protected areas.

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget across both stages. Throughout the build, we maintained excellent communication and transparency with the main contractors, ensuring a smooth and coordinated process. Our commitment, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship were recognised with a special commendation from the project developer.
