Black Diamond Electrical is proud to have delivered the full electrical services installation for the S28 Artisan Cheese production facility in Woodside. Working closely with the builder and client, our team provided a comprehensive electrical fit-out designed to support a modern food-grade manufacturing environment, enhancing safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. The project included the supply and installation of a new Main Switchboard (MSB), consumer mains, and Distribution Board (DB) to support the expansion of the production area. New underground mains, trenching, and submains were installed to service the upgraded infrastructure, alongside new cable tray systems throughout the facility. Our team managed a seamless installation of the complete lighting system and collaborated with engineers, board manufacturers, and the builder to ensure all fixtures met the required food-grade standards. Emergency and exit lighting, motion sensors, dimmers, and power systems were also installed to all necessary locations.

Specialised works included generator relocation, wiring for mechanical equipment, food-processing machinery connections, and allowances for food-grade sealing in wash-down areas to maintain hygiene and compliance. Security and data installations were also completed to support the facility’s operational requirements.
